We are seeking a Power Apps Enthusiast to join our team and provide dedicated first line of support for Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, specifically focused on break-fix scenarios within our Power Apps environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your passion for Power Apps to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the seamless functionality of our clients Power Apps applications.

Requirements

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand and document reported issues related to Power Apps applications.
  • Utilise your enthusiasm for Power Apps to analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems effectively, aiming for swift resolution.
  • Implement fixes and solutions to address issues within Power Apps applications while following established protocols and best practices.
  • Communicate with end-users to provide updates on issue resolution progress and ensure a positive user experience throughout the support process.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or appropriate channels, providing detailed information for further analysis.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and outcomes to contribute to the team's knowledge base and facilitate future issue resolution.
  • Assist in conducting regular maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with the data services team to share insights gained from support activities to enhance the overall quality and reliability of Power Apps applications.
  • Stay current with updates, features, and best practices in Power Apps to continuously improve your troubleshooting skills and contribute to the team's expertise.

  • Genuine interest in Power Apps and its functionalities, with a willingness to specialize in break-fix BAU support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to issue diagnosis and resolution.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive situations with a calm and focused demeanour.
  • Collaborative mindset and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced team members and take direction to grow in the role.
  • Previous exposure to Power Apps through coursework, personal projects, or internships is a plus.


As a full-time member of our team, you will be working on shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm. This role requires a dedicated individual who is willing to work flexible hours to ensure our customers receive the support they need when they need it.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
