As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other team members, including chefs and waitstaff, to ensure efficient and effective meal service.
• Follow all food safety and preparation standards, including proper storage, handling, and cooking temperatures.
• Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies and generate orders as needed.
• Ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to create consistent and delicious dishes.
• Continuously improve cooking skills and techniques through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
• Knowledge of food safety and preparation standards, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
