Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our marketing operations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across marketing initiatives. You will oversee marketing technology, processes, data analytics, and websites to support the overall marketing strategy and drive business growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement marketing operations strategies and processes to optimise marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Manage marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Oversee data management and governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and operations.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of marketing systems and tools.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
