Job Description
We have an opportunity available for a Demi Chef who has high volume Cafe experience. When you join our team you will start working poolside at Breeze Cafe in the morning and then move across to our main kitchen towards the end of your shift. This is a casual position with full time hours available, initially you would be working 11.30am - 9.30pm. These hours could change as we approach our summer season.
Our poolside dining menus caters to our guests who are relaxing by our pools. Breeze Cafe has its own unique menu that caters to our guests pool side dining needs by offering delicious salads, poke bowls, burgers and kids dining options.
You may have worked at a busy cafe serving breakfast or lunch and are looking for a new challenge.

As we approach our busy summer season we require availability to work all of December and January.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high volume Cafe or Restaurant environment
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency

- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
