Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee vital supply chain initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables with finesse.Global Strategy Execution: Bring our Global Supply Chain Strategy to life, collaborating closely with the CMO and GSCD.Team Synergy: Foster collaboration across Supply Chain, Merchandise, and the global business, uniting efforts for greater success.Innovation Driver: Identify fresh opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and enhanced outcomes.What success looks like as our Supply Chain Operations Manager; - Drive success by ensuring QA, Logistics, and Materials Planning Teams meet KPOs and key strategies.
- Lead daily management of these teams, fostering collaboration and high standards.
- Excel in project management, achieving Supply Chain goals and initiatives with precise planning and timelines.
- Foster teamwork within the Supply Chain and Merchandise teams, extending collaboration across the broader business.
- Vigilantly track, analyse, and report on Supplier Compliance, promptly addressing issues alongside GSCD.
Skills and Experience:- 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Proven project management skills
- Alignment with global supply chain strategies and organisational goals
- Strong collaboration skills across teams and departments internally, and proficiency in supplier relationship management.
- Analytical skills for supplier compliance tracking and reporting
- Leadership experience with a focus on team performance and growth
- Adaptability to change, and industry trends
