Place Bulimba are seeking to appoint an ambitious Senior Property Manager to join an award-winning Property Management team! This team is innovative, team-orientated and are committed to providing an amazing experience for their team and clients.
You will be looking after a very well managed portfolio, with an immense amount of support on offer from your Team Leader and offshore team.

The successful candidate will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a solution focused end to end portfolio. You’ll provide 6 star service to a growing rent roll, be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the Place brand!
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your property portfolio;
- Ongoing management of maintenance amp; repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable.
- Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio;
- Overlook and manage the lease renewal, move in and move out process for all tenants under your portfolio;
- Minimal out of office inspections due to the team structure/ support.
Requirements
Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital:
- Extensive Property Management Experience (2+ years)
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver's License;
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with responsibility over your own work and the work of others (risk management)
- First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal);
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
