Due to large recruitment drive as a result of global travel ramping up, we are urgently seeking suitable candidates to work in a Management position as The National Aviation Manager with our client, one of the largest ground handlers in Australia.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Overseeing and coordinating aviation operations at a national level.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to optimize aviation activities.
3. Managing and monitoring the performance of aviation teams and personnel.
4. Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as executives, operations managers, and finance departments, to align aviation strategies with overall organizational goals.
6. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key external partners, such as airlines, aviation authorities, and service providers.
7. Managing budgets, cost control, and financial aspects related to aviation operations.
8. Analyzing market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
9. Assessing and mitigating risk factors associated with aviation operations.
10. Overseeing the national operations to ensure KPIs are met, on time, on budget, on scope.
