About the Role

As Senior Product Manager you’ll be responsible for leading a team across Australia and New Zealand, along with managing the ongoing development of our Customer Experience amp; Contact Centre suite of products to maximise their growth and value to the business.

Our offices are based in (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney). We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Senior Product Manager you will be focused on:

  • Setting the vision amp; direction of the product(s) in collaboration with the product owner(s) and stakeholders
  • Developing and drive the business case for changes to the product offering or its delivery to market to maximise product growth
  • Curating the ANZ process stack from Customer to Billing
  • Being accountable for overarching financials and setting cost and pricing against benchmarks
  • Managing product budgets and continually monitoring actual product performance
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from product discovery amp; research to strategic planning, optimising returns and retiring if required. to tactical activities
  • Directing and implementing modifications to the product(s) to maximise product value and growth
  • Leading the development of strategic product roadmaps, budgets and learning collateral that are consistent with corporate objectives
  • Curating the Go To Market approach and use cases, define and develop collateral for GTM training.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have extensive product management experience, understand the financial side of things (cost estimation and budget tracking) and be a passionate team leader. You’ll be comfortable managing complex issues and working with large, diverse teams across different countries and lines of business.
