About the Role

  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Classification: Senior Management and Specialist Remuneration Level 2 with a salary range of $131,779 - $152,745 per annum + Superannuation
  • Salary Packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
  • Location: Head Office, Preston VIC and/or ability to work remote

About your new role

Talent Acquisition

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Neami Talent strategy
  • Lead effective workforce recruitment, attraction and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand and support Neami’s talent, workforce and recruitment needs, developing effective recruitment plans that align with our strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative recruitment techniques to source qualified professionals for difficult to fill roles.
  • Identify and implement proactive sourcing channels and partnerships, including professional and industry networks, universities, and other strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Remuneration Management

  • Develop and implement a systematic job sizing and remuneration benchmarking approach to enable the organisation to reward at appropriate market rates and to ensure reward equity across the organisation
  • Conduct thorough job sizing evaluations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Design and manage the implementation of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes, leading the Job Evaluation Panel by clarifying and responding to business needs; monitoring and reporting on outcomes, initiating remedial actions where necessary.
  • Support senior managers and HR Business Partners to effectively job size roles across the organisation, including classification review and new position requests.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable with relevant post-graduate qualifications, and/or an equivalent combination of formal training and professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level talent acquisition / recruitment role, preferably within the community mental health or health sector.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing skills and knowledge in Remuneration Management, including job sizing and evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sourcing and recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
