Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
About your new role
The Senior Manager Opportunities, Strategy and Development is responsible for collaborating with Operational Networks for the development and implementation of new programs, ensuring effective input from across the operational teams, lived experience and corporate support functions.
A key function of the Opportunities, Strategy and Development team is to ensure the organisation has the capacity and resources required to adapt and leverage opportunities for greater social impact. A critical aspect of this is enhancing the capability of the organisation to pursue new business opportunities. Aligned with Neami’s strategic directions this includes developing and implementing effective business development strategies, analysing and reporting trends to inform decision-making by senior leadership.
