About the Role

• Full Time Permanent Position
• Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 4 with a salary range of $93,959- $98,207 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

The HRIS System Analyst will be a key part of our transformative HRIS Systems Team, responsible for all HRIS Systems on a national level.

The HRIS System Analyst will involve providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused support for Neami HRIS Systems to the PCamp;C, Payroll, and Lamp;D teams, as well as the wider organisation. The key focuses of the role will be maintaining data integrity through effective change control and maintenance, delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to the Neami HRIS Systems.

What you will bring to the role?

• Previous experience in HR and Payroll systems administration in medium to large organizations.
• Proficient in handling complex and high volumes of data using data tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL)
• Demonstrated experience in documenting processes, delivering training, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
• Demonstrated proficiency with systems integration using best practices.

Desirable

• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and Business Intelligence Tools
