About your new role
The HRIS System Analyst will be a key part of our transformative HRIS Systems Team, responsible for all HRIS Systems on a national level.
The HRIS System Analyst will involve providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused support for Neami HRIS Systems to the PCamp;C, Payroll, and Lamp;D teams, as well as the wider organisation. The key focuses of the role will be maintaining data integrity through effective change control and maintenance, delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to the Neami HRIS Systems.
