We are looking for a Master Data Analyst who is a critical thinker and thrives in an environment that promotes a high level of accuracy, governance, and process improvement. Adaptable in ever-changing environments, you will be able to address system issues effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

As the Master Data Analyst, you will:

  • Timely and accurate actioning of cases that come through the system from stakeholders
  • Maintain and update data to accurately reflect contracts or variations to eliminate discrepancies
  • Issue resolution of all cases, with a focus on long term solutions
  • Solve carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with the Claims team
  • Proactively communicating around, and efficiently resolving all discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a part of ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes amp; systems
  • Process improvement and efficiency identification

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience
  • MS Office (Intermediate Advanced Excel)
  • Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects
  • Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
  • Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
