About the role

You will provide reception support and high quality administration assistance to all operations service delivery arms in Melba's Central Highlands and Wimmera region.

What you’ll do

  • Manage reception functions switchboard enquiries, meeting and greeting people, incoming and outgoing mail, managing room and bookings.
  • General office administration support including, but not limited to, filing, scanning, archiving, project work and other ad-hoc duties
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and tele/video conferences
  • Document production
  • Data entry
  • Coordinate meeting requirements including document production (agenda, minutes) and catering/IT etc.

You’ll have

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Confident ‘people skills’, great telephone manner, confidence to speak to a cross-section of internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite in particular Outlook, Word and Excel, sending emails, scanning and uploading files
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • A current drivers’ license
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
