Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-construction activities involving design, engineering, and regulatory approvals to ensure seamless project initiation.
- Assist in procurement processes and project bidding to secure necessary resources and partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive delivery schedules to guide project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with site management teams, fostering a culture of excellence in project execution.
- Generate accurate weekly progress reports and relevant documentation to track project advancements.
- Skillfully manage internal and external stakeholders, maintaining productive relationships throughout projects.

- Previous exposure to project environments, particularly in Design and Construction (healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Willingness to travel interstate when required.
