Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-construction activities involving design, engineering, and regulatory approvals to ensure seamless project initiation.
  • Assist in procurement processes and project bidding to secure necessary resources and partnerships.
  • Develop comprehensive delivery schedules to guide project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with site management teams, fostering a culture of excellence in project execution.
  • Generate accurate weekly progress reports and relevant documentation to track project advancements.
  • Skillfully manage internal and external stakeholders, maintaining productive relationships throughout projects.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction and fitout projects, demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, MSP, etc., for effective project management.
  • Previous exposure to project environments, particularly in Design and Construction (healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Willingness to travel interstate when required.
