LEWIS TALENT, a recruitment business, is seeking a Part-Time Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in bookkeeping and general office administration. The position is for 3 days a week and has flexible working hours available.
Responsibilities
- Handling accounting and bookkeeping tasks: data entry, record management, report generation, reconciliations, payment processing, and managing banking activities.
- Coordinating and preparing for meetings and events: booking, setting agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Managing group emails: sorting, drafting, sending, and scheduling.
- Maintaining group to-do lists: ensuring follow-ups and distilling action points from various sources.
- Scanning and organizing both physical and electronic documents.
- Taking on reception duties occasionally.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Offering administrative, accounting, and general office support to executives.
Requirements
- No minimum of years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
