Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple building projects at various stages, ranging from $2m - $20m each.
Located in our Melbourne airport office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing scoping of works.
- Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing construction/delivery phases.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a Client-Side (Buildings) Project Manager, ideally in a Consultancy.
You’ll also need:
- Experience delivering complex building projects your sector experience is less relevant, however the complexity of the projects you’ve managed will be crucial.
- The desire to deliver multiple building projects at various stages this role will be quite varied.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
