Marley Spoon is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic People amp; Culture team. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our growing organisation. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and hire exceptional candidates who align with Marley Spoon's values and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the People amp; Culture team to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding process across all AU locations (Sydney, Melbourne and Perth)
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and industry professionals.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Marley Spoon as an employer of choice.
Requirements
This is you:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role for at least 4+ years, preferably within a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage metrics and data to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Change management expertise, capable of adapting to evolving organisational needs.
- A resilient self-starter with a creative mindset, driving innovation in talent acquisition approaches.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
