About the role
Employment Hero are on the lookout for a super talented Performance Media Manager (SEM/PPC) to help our highly specialised global marketing function. With one of our amazing team members heading on maternity leave, we’re looking to find an equally fantastic candidate able to take on a 10 month contract in our Growth Marketing team.
This is a key role within Employment Hero with huge impact across our growth in key emerging markets. Reporting directly to our global Head of Growth Marketing, the successful candidate will be instrumental in accomplishing strategic and commercial objectives, contributing significantly to reaching our future customers through paid channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop a world-class paid search marketing capability within Employment Hero.
- Continually improve our channel effectiveness, driving leads and recurring revenue for the business.
- Help develop and deliver paid search strategies to bring new products and services to market.
- Full responsibility for the management of the build and implementation of new and existing paid search/ PPC campaigns.
- Constructing tests to validate new ideas and continually optimise campaign performance.
- Work with media partners to test industry first products and technology.
Requirements
- 3 years plus experience working in SEM roles is essential - media agency experience is a bonus.
- Advanced Knowledge of Bid Management Search Engine Ad Platforms.
- Experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns across multiple markets.
- Test and learn mindset - able to develop tests and report back results.
- Comfortable using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimise.
- Paid Social Media Advertising experience is a bonus.
- Advanced Knowledge of Programmatic Trading Desk Platforms is a bonus.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and where search sits in the marketing mix.
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour.
