About the Business
Cadia is a wholesale plumbing and parts supplier servicing all of Australia, renowned for its product range supplying the national water management industry, based in Narrambla business park in Orange.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results oriented individual to establish customer relationships and develop new business in Southwest NSW.
The successful applicant will deliver WOW service with every customer interaction. Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with new and existing customers to ensure return of business. You will have existing knowledge and experience with plumbing products and previous B2B sales background, and networks within the industry would also be an asset.
Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit an energetic, self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys autonomy and is not afraid of change.

Responsibilities
- Established customer relationships within the industry
- Achieve set KPI’s and targets
- Ability to develop new business
- Collaborate and engage with the sales team
Requirements
- 3-4 years demonstrated Account Management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of plumbing sector and products range
- Highly motivated, self-starter focused with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience using CRM
