About the Role

The People and Culture Coordinator is a key part of our Pamp;C Team. This is a generalist role, responsible for administering and coordinating a range of Pamp;C functions, providing a broad range of support across the employee life cycle and completing office management tasks for our Melbourne office.

Our People are the secret sauce to our success at ROLLER and you will find that no two days are the same. We have big goals and initiatives to tackle however we want to ensure that we support our ROLLERs and leaders, to provide the best experience possible.

This role is instrumental in supporting across a range of strategic and operational Pamp;C functions to help deliver our vision of driving high engagement, high performance amp; great culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, globally.

Please note: Whilst this is a hybrid role, you will be required to be physically present in our South Melbourne office at least a couple of times a week.


What You’ll Do
  • Work collaboratively with the People amp; Culture team to deliver effective coordination and administrative Pamp;C support to all ROLLERs.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding:
    • Support the onboarding process for new ROLLERs by sending new starter swag, facilitating the signing of new starter documents, ensuring HRIS records and data are updated, and conducting HR systems training sessions.
    • Support the offboarding process by coordinating the collection of company property and ensuring HRIS records and data are updated.
  • Pamp;C systems administration, including:
    • Maintaining our HRIS by ensuring employee records and organisational data are accurate, ensuring HRIS processes are aligned with company policy and legislation, providing relevant reports as required, and providing training and updates to ROLLERs to support them in using the HRIS.
    • Maintaining our Performance Management Software, ensuring employee details are accurate and up to date, and providing training and updates to ROLLERs to support them in using the PMS.
    • Supporting the coordination and facilitation of ROLLERs Performance Review Processes to align with Company policies and processes.
    • Coordinate and facilitate Company engagement surveys and ad hoc surveys, including collecting data for review.
    • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support in the development and implementation of Pamp;C policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Pamp;C team to administer employee benefits programs.
  • Support in the creation and delivery of internal and external Pamp;C communication, presentations and materials.
  • Workplace activities and events:
    • Plan and organise workplace activities and events, including mid-year, end of year and vibe tribe events. Including ensuring these events do not exceed the allocated budget.
    • Manage event operations, including invitations, guest lists, and communications.
  • Office support
    • Have responsibility for the Melbourne office including:
      • Maintaining the condition of the Melbourne office.
      • Ordering and maintaining office snacks, treats and beverages.
      • Liaising with the building concierge and facilities management as required
      • Ordering and monitoring supplies for the office.
      • Provide support and guidance for office-related queries including new starter office tours, and general employee queries.
      • Being regular presence in the office
    • Assist other global offices where possible
