They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join a small dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of a wide range of Microsoft products and systems.

What you'll do:
- Provide technical support as part of service delivery provision and project deployment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to a diverse range of products and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer issues
- Work to becoming a trusted onsite resources to various businesses
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish effective relationships with senior customers and internal teams.
- Solid experience working within a technical support role, providing support on a broad range of products or systems.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve problems with limited supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
