As a senior agent, you'll look after tier 2 resolutions and be taking calls for one of our biggest clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be constantly thinking outside of the box to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the most efficient and effective customer service, possible! If you’re looking for somewhere to develop your technical support skills within a great culture, then this is the role for you!

What you’ll bring
Problem solving and delivering quality customer service is your forte, and you’re looking for a role that challenges you to think on your feet. You’re comfortable working with customers over the phone and have strong, clear communication skills; both written and verbal.
