Job Description

Are you currently a Senior SDA wanting a new challenge to work with new client? Or do you have at least 12 months experience in a Service Desk Agent role and feel ready to take the next step in your Service Desk Career?

About this opportunity

As a senior agent, you'll look after tier 2 resolutions and be taking calls for one of our biggest clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be constantly thinking outside of the box to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the most efficient and effective customer service, possible! If you’re looking for somewhere to develop your technical support skills within a great culture, then this is the role for you!

What you’ll bring
