  • Multitasked like a pro - Successfully managing 7-12 customer implementations simultaneously
  • Mastered the art of training and workshops

  • Be the go-to support for your customers
  • Worked cross-functionally with sales and product teams, aligning customer expectations with deliverables

What you’ll need

  • We would love someone who has a proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent software implementation projects - so if you're up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!
  • You should have experience delivering training, whether it's technical or software applications, we want you to be confident presenting and training small to medium-sized groups!
  • Your excellent English written and verbal communication skills will be essential to manage customer expectations and to effectively train and communicate with our clients.
  • We're looking for someone who can work autonomously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Technical experience with WFM, Payroll, or HR software will be highly regarded!
