About the role

BlueRock is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Everything is Awesome team, working with BlueRock’s Brand amp; Marketing team as we take our brand global. Reporting to BlueRock’s Senior Creative, our Director of Brand amp; Marketing and broader marketing team, the Graphic Designer will design layouts for social media, web, long-form documents and presentations using Figma (or other design tools) as well as the Adobe and Office 365 suites.

What you’ll be doing

• Working closely with the Creative teams to maintain and enhance our brand’s visual identity
• Design and create visually captivating and compelling internal communications, materials, presentations and pitch decks that proficiently convey ideas and concepts in alignment with our brand’s style guide
• Create visuals for digital designs including but not limited to social media, websites, interactive Figma decks and more!
• Thrive in a creative-driven environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your design expertise to various projects.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus in digital and collateral design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesgin)
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.

• Familiarity with a team job manager, to track projects and deadlines such as Asana
• UX/UI experience, knowledge of Webflow highly regarded
