SICE ANZ offers a fantastic opportunity for an Office amp; Administration Assistant to make an essential contribution to the effective daily operations of our Sydney office. You'll be able to learn and develop your career in a calm technology oriented environment.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Reception duties including manage phone calls and other correspondence activities (email, letters, couriers, greeting visitors, arrange taxis, deliveries, meeting room bookings, caterings, and other arrangements)
- Office housekeeping and maintenance tasks: including purchasing office related supplies; track stocks of stationary, staff amenities and place orders when necessary
- Manage minor office vehicle requests (ie. Cleaning, servicing scheduling)
- Provide administrative support to the Office and Administration Manager
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks (Marketing events, HSEQ communications, Travel, HR Onboarding)
- Timely and accurately processing accounts payable transactions on daily basis.
- Maintaining credit card, travel, MV, mobile phones, and logistic related expenses and registered. Prepare monthly reconciliation
- Assist employee reimbursement claims when required
- Any other ad hoc administrative and finance duties when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Office Administration roles is desirable
- Drivers License
- Previous experience with any ERP system is preferable
- MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Initiative and proactivity
- Good planning and problem solving skills
- People oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
