  • Full Time, Permanent (Flexible on days and hours)
  • Corporate Support Services Level 2 with a salary range of $63,706 - $69,516 per annum + Superannuation

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.

We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.

Program Overview

The Neami Service Partnering and Support (SPS) Network oversees strategic business development. A key function of the SPS team is the People, Capability and Culture (PCC) team which provides strategic leadership, guidance and operational advice to achieve organisational and workforce strategic objectives.

Position Overview

Reporting to Senior Manager People, Capability, Culture and Safety, you will join the People Capability amp; Culture (PCC) team to provide:

  • Range of administrative and operation support services including administration management of the PCC shared inbox (Cherwell) and phone system, document filing and record keeping including data management in iChris
  • Supporting the preparation of job advertisements and position descriptions, updating templates and other PCC related documents, as required.
  • Assistance with organisational reports and compliance checks
  • Assistance with generating letters including mail merge, collating resources


Using a pragmatic, flexible and proactive approach, you will build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders founded on a partnering approach.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Previous experience working in similar administrative support role
  • Demonstrated ability in managing competing demands and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a partnering approach
  • Proven attention to detail and critical thinking

Desirable:

  • Interest in Human Resources or related field and/or working towards qualification/certificate in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience working in a HR team or other related confidential working environment

What the role requires:

  • National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
