Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
Program Overview
The Neami Service Partnering and Support (SPS) Network oversees strategic business development. A key function of the SPS team is the People, Capability and Culture (PCC) team which provides strategic leadership, guidance and operational advice to achieve organisational and workforce strategic objectives.
Position Overview
Reporting to Senior Manager People, Capability, Culture and Safety, you will join the People Capability amp; Culture (PCC) team to provide:
Using a pragmatic, flexible and proactive approach, you will build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders founded on a partnering approach.
You will bring enthusiasm and commitment to continually improve processes and systems. With an eye for detail and good problemsolving skills you will find your place among a team of openminded colleagues, committed to innovating and continuous improvement.
Most of all, you will enjoy working in a collaborative and friendly team contributing to improved outcomes for people living with a mental illness in Australian society.
