The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Melbourne and be part of our Global Marketing team- who are forward-thinking, creative and constantly seek new ways to drive growth and achieve remarkable results.
As our new Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business' strategic objectives by creating and implementing a comprehensive product marketing strategy. You will lead various aspects of marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, search optimization, brand positioning, and enhancing customer experience.

This is a fixed term role initially for 6 months working within a flexible and value driven environment. Whilst most of our Marketing team in APAC are Melbourne based, we are flexible with the location within Australia.
Your day-day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy and roadmap that focuses on brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for Pepperstone products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, CX, Sales, and Marketing, to develop and launch effective go-to-market plans for new Pepperstone products.
- Manage and implement highly targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, CRM, content, search, programmatic, social media, and brand/sponsorship activations.
- Create compelling content and copy for product launches and marketing campaigns to drive traffic to Pepperstone product landing pages and App Stores for increased downloads.
- Optimize media channels daily, closely monitoring CPC and CPA, to ensure cost-effective lead generation using the Google Networks amp; App Stores.
- Work closely with the CX and CRM teams to devise strategies that maintain active user numbers and reduce churn rates for Pepperstone products.
- Develop and execute strategies to gather customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to the direction and future enhancements of global product rollouts.
- Strengthen Pepperstone's product awareness through strategic planning, execution, and search/app store marketing initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience and expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution in a product based role.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging copy and content for various marketing materials, including product launches and campaigns.
- A strong passion for understanding and prioritizing the needs of customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and successfully executing marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to think outside the box, challenge conventional approaches, and bring innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Understanding the broader business operations and the role of content in driving commercial success, and applying strategic and commercial thinking to content development.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work settings with changing priorities and tight timelines.
