The position

A rare opportunity has become available for a Receptionist and Accounts Administrator to join the team in our Richlands office on a full time permanent basis, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Using your engaging and friendly nature, you will be the face of Redox in Richlands. Your knack for effective communication will see you succeed when greeting guests, receiving deliveries, to looking after incoming phone calls.

Your experience with accounts and administration will assist you in taking care of accounts duties, such as invoices, data entry of accounts receivable and other general accounts and administration related responsibilities.

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring visitors are signed into the site
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls in a timely manner
  • Booking couriers
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Organising and checking lunch invoicing
  • Filing and all other general administration duties as required
  • Process invoice and proof of delivery
  • Confirm details regarding trade references and process credit notes and cash receipts
  • Debtors management
  • Deal with customer telephone queries on accounts
  • Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
  • Receiving sales calls
  • Assisting the sales force
  • Relieving other admin staff in order entry
  • Following up deliveries
  • Liaising with the warehouse as required

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and written.
  • A professional and courteous phone manner
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Citizenship or permanent residence status
