About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Indirect Channel Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Indirect Channel Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our indirect sales channels, including accredited representatives, dealers, and resellers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination between our company and our indirect sales partners, optimizing processes to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, support, and issue resolution for the sales Managers.
  • Resolving any potential logistics issues.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data from indirect channels, providing reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support materials to assist indirect sales partners in promoting and selling our products effectively.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to create accurate sales forecasts for products distributed through indirect channels.
  • Channel Communication: Facilitate communication between the company and indirect sales partners, ensuring timely dissemination of product updates, pricing changes, and other relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns raised by indirect sales partners promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure that indirect sales partners adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, channel management, or a similar role working with Channel Partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales or other data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of indirect sales processes and partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possess a Team work ethic and a ‘can do, get involved’ approach to tasks
