In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing and processing product returns in a timely manner (making sure everything runs smoothly)
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone/email (you don't have to be Dame Judi Dench but you do need a good telephone manner)
- Communicating effectively with shipping carriers (and making sure their packages don't get lost)
- Processing orders and fulfilling shipping requests (making sure everything is correct, complete, and shipped in a timely manner)
- Supporting operational initiatives within the company such as inventory management (and making sure the shelves are always stocked)
- Managing relationships with vendors and customers (making sure everyone is happy)
- Assisting the team with various ad-hoc tasks (everyone loves a team player!)

Requirements
- Experience working in customer service or in a similar role with experience in processing returns.
- Experience using a CRM is important (if you know NetSuite you're already in our top 5)
- Excellent communication skills (both written amp; verbal) and proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- High level of accuracy and ability to spot errors in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Australian resident with full working rights in Australia
