Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that’s shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets. Despite medical advancements, animal lifespans are on the decline. Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan the oldest dogs live to 30+ years old, the average dog passes away at only 11 years old :( and statistics have shown us that most suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough.

As humans, we’ve experienced firsthand the positive impact fresh wholefoods can have on our health and wellbeing, and we believe our furry friends deserve the same. We're on a mission to do just that, starting with nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals delivered direct to doors around Australia. As the world’s most sustainable pet wellness company, we’re putting pets and our planet first one bowl at a time.

Today, we are proud to share we’ve served over 20 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, adding disease prevention meals and supplements, and expand into new markets.

Currently, we have a team of 200+ pet-obsessed and we're continuing to grow (yes, looking at you!). These carefully selected people are dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to help empower pet parents to take control over their pet’s wellbeing.

To date, we have raised over $60M in funding from our venture fund investments and pet industry insiders, who believe in our mission and ability to drive change in a stagnant industry, providing nutrition that nourishes puppers from the inside out.

The Team

Lyka is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Workplace Community Manager that will be responsible for the smooth planning and running of our workplace in Sydney. This is a varied role which will see you having exposure to all areas of the business and having an impact on individuals and puppers!


Who you are?

You are passionate about making a difference and like to finish each day feeling accomplished and proud.

Due to our growth, we are moving into a brand spanking new office space in Sydney! This space will be your puppy! You’ll not only have a huge impact on the daily running of the workplace, but you’ll be appreciated by many as you have a huge impact on everyone in the workspace - including our puppers!


What you will do?

  • You’ll be behind the scenes of the nitty gritty that goes into the smooth running of a workplace managing events, operations, maintenance, 5S and general office tightness
  • You’ll be utilising your strong attention to detail and operational skills
  • Managing our office related projects and programs will bring excitement to your role this isn’t your everyday position!
  • You’ll be managing the workplace budget deployment, ensuring dollars spent maximise benefits for our Pack members
  • You have a self-proclaimed customer service passion and are looking to bring these skills to your peers
  • Your days will be varied! Think organising events (and more than just parties! This could mean weekly exercise too such as a yoga class or... a doga class!), managing our indoor veggie farm for our Pack to consume, or running our "interest club" program
  • Interacting with our Pack members to support and make their day to day more seamless
  • You’ll be the friendly face that everyone knows and loves! You’ll be lending a hand here and there and love to roll up your sleeves to support your Leaders and other Pack members you’re driven by making everyone’s life easier!
  • You live and breathe puppers and can’t believe your luck that you get to spend time with puppers in our office (and get paid to do so!). You can see yourself thriving taking our puppers out for a bathroom break, or a walk around the block so that our Pack members can stay focused on their task at paw!
  • You live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace
