About the Role

  • Part Time (0.6 FTE) Maximum Term Contract Until 7 June 2024
  • Classification: Senior Management and Specialist Remuneration Level 1 with a salary range of $109,470 - $128,400 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
  • Salary Packaging providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year

About your new role

This position is within the Group Finance Financial Reporting Team.

The Business Partner Corporate Analyst is responsible for the provision of insights regarding the performance of the organisation at a National Level. This role will contribute to projects, procedures and activities designed to create consistent financial practices across all levels of the organisation.

The specific activities in this position include:

  • Business Partnering
  • Budgeting
  • Analysis for Board and Management Reporting
  • Financial Accounting
  • Management Accounting
  • Developing Financial Models
  • Setting and regular review of Corporate Charges/Recoveries
  • Other Feasibility Analyses with a particular focus on Head Office and data at a National Level.

In addition, there will be a requirement to contribute to developing and continually improving business

performance measures, to respond to management queries and to participate in other projects as they occur. This role will provide backup Financial Accounting support to the broader Financial Reporting Team as required.

What you will bring to the role?

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Excel modelling skills using intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • Ability to prepare high quality reports for internal stakeholders including General Managers and Executive, Committees and Board.
  • Previous budgeting experience using an ERP Systems will be advantageous
  • Experience in business analysis and problem solving
