Join our team and use your engaging leadership style to deliver high quality service to our customers. Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for a Service Manager - Pest to join our team in Brisbane on a full time permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Ensure quality pest services in client premises to meet and exceed Company standards and customer expectations.
- Consistently recruit, train, manage and lead a stable team of service people (within the budgeted service expense) to keep customers content to retain our services.
- Management of teams in accordance with their duties for the strategic outcomes of the organisation and the duties set in the division.
The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Coach, mentor and train to achieve targets.
- Monitor and review service productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity, year on year.
- Implement the regional annual operational plan.
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises.
- Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
- Ensure service efficiency is optimised through tools and technology available.
- Ensure the team’s company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition.
- Proactively resolve customers’ issues.
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Pest control Licence
- Previous experience in leading a team (minimum 2 years)
- Certificate IV Frontline Management (desirable)
- Interest / Experience in Pest Control
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s
- Time management skills
- A current Australian Manual Driver's licence is essential
