The role - what you’ll do:

  • Proactively engage with partners and their clients to ensure they are successfully onboarded
  • Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g. CX, Marketing, Product) and share any insights that can assist in evolving the client experience.
  • Onboard customers and drive adoption throughout their customer lifecycle
  • Develop detailed expertise in the Dext suite of products
  • Effectively educate customers on how to both use and implement the Dext suite of products across their practice and client base
  • Deliver consultative calls with Accounting and Bookkeeping customers - advising customers on best practice when implementing Dext Prepare while also challenging customers on behaviours that may prohibit successful implementation
  • Create and execute adoption plans that empower customers to implement our suite of products across their practice
  • Effectively conduct training sessions for our customer base to an very high standard
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback from partners on level of service, experience with the product etc.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • Experience working in an Accounting or Bookkeeping Practice (preferable)
  • Experience in a similar customer facing role (i.e Customer Success or Consultancy)
  • Active listener with a compassionate but firm approach
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence
  • Technical, detail oriented, comfortable handling data
  • Tenacious, confident, enthusiastic

Desired but not essential:

  • Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working within a high growth tech businesses (ideally SaaS and / or B2B)
