About the position
This is a newly created role reporting to the HR Manager will assess and identify the training and development of Redox employees. In this role you will ensure employee training is up to date and compliant as well as identify development opportunities and succession plans. You will coordinate and deliver training and assess competency against procedures to ensure compliance across the business.
- Develop engaging and effective training materials and resources
- Deliver training and assessments (In person and virtually)
- Liaise with external training organisations
- Organise with external groups for training (First Aid, Warden, HSR)
Essentials to be considered
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in the Warehouse, Manufacturing and Transport industry (highly regarded)
- Demonstrable experience as a trainer
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong computer literacy to pick up our internal in house system
