About the THRIVE program
Neami National is developing a pilot program funded by the Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) Economic Participation grant. The THRIVE program (Training Hub for Readiness and Inclusivity in Vocational Engagement) is a short-term program that aims to increase the accessibility of the workplace and mental health awareness and inclusion through targeted management education workshops, support, and online training.
About your new role
The THRIVE Program Coordinator will support program delivery, facilitating sessions, coordinating the scheduling of group sessions, responding to enquiries, coordinating meetings and supporting feedback collection for program evaluation. This position will coordinate the scheduling and logistical requirements of the session delivery and will be the main point of contact for THRIVE Employers. The THRIVE Project Coordinator will assist with recruiting and supporting employers interested in engaging in program activities and answering enquiries about the program through email and over the phone. Reporting to the Implementation Lead, this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery and development of a new program. The Project Coordinator will work remotely, connecting in with the THRIVE Program Development Coordinator.
