What does it take to become a Civican?
This position is suited to someone with an accounts background. You come with ability to multitask, manage priorities, negotiate deadlines and deliver on requests.
You will be involved in invoicing, order processing and accounts receivable as well as some office administrative duties.

Skills:
- Along with outstanding attention to detail you also come with excellent Microsoft excel skills.
- Proven accounts experience and using accounting systems
- Exceptional level of organisation and strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable and communicative personality
A day in the life
Accounts
- Encode and maintain customer orders on a daily basis
- Undertake customer invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Encode Cost of Sales invoices and prepare Cost of Sales Maintenance schedule and reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile excel spreadsheets
- Perform other month-end processes while adhering to strict timelines
- Other ad hoc requirements e.g. invoicing for customer events
- Process Expense Recharge invoices to customers
- Back up as required for other accounts staff while they are on leave
Office Administration
- Make travel arrangements (flights, accommodation and car hire) for management team and employees
- Maintenance of security system, and participation in audits
- Organising and booking venues for customer conferences
- Assist with the new joiner process, staff photo and access card
- Other Administrative tasks: managing office stationery, organising coffee/tea, catering, year-end celebrations and other office social events.
