Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
- Document issues identified during user acceptance testing or witnessed in production through detailed, actionable JIRA tickets.
- Owning the performance and automation testing for our mobile applications, which will be in native iOS and Android
- Perform thorough regression testing for new releases.
- Develop, refine, improve and apply testing processes within development teams.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge-case/alternative scenarios.
- Liaise with development team members and stakeholders to address and action issues resulting from recent deployments.
Who we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in testing complex, large-scale software with knowledge of best practice test methodologies.
- Understanding QA processes such as BDD, manual testing techniques, test plan writing and the Testing Pyramid.
- Proven track record developing automation tests within Native iOS and Android.
- Experience with work tracking software such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Support the development team using Typescript and Javascript.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Gitlab/GitHub.
- Ability to troubleshoot, document and communicate issues/defects effectively
