About the Role

  • Part Time (0.2 FTE), Maximum Term Contract Until 30th of June 2024
  • Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 3 with a salary range of $77,656 - $83,565 per annum pro rata + Superannuation

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.

About your new role

The primary focus of the Geelong Zero Coordinator is to provide support and assistance to the Governance Group and Working Committee Group, including administration, research, and other administrative tasks, and to coordinate the Geelong Zero By Name List, ensuring timely collecting and maintenance of data, associated reporting and sharing with authorised Geelong Zero partners.

The Geelong Zero Coordinator must maintain a high level of confidentiality with partnership organisational information and when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to be diplomatic, flexible in approach and adaptable to a changing environment is required.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability and motivation to establish priorities, set and maintain deadlines, and juggle changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite, including Word Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and a willingness to learn and use other software programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.

  • National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Australian Working Rights
  • As part of Neami’s condition of employment you will need to provide appropriate evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (having received three doses) to Neami National.
