We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your exceptional design skills to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for our clients. You will be a key player in designing end-to-end user experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their customers. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that our design solutions meet business needs and adhere to our high standards.
- Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and intuitive
- Design and produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research, testing, and analysis
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and templates
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and practices
- Mentor junior designers on design principles and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design solutions
- Experience with user research and testing
- Solid understanding of design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines
