A rare and exciting opportunity has come up within our Service Delivery team! We are looking for an influential and strategic Regional Manager to join our high performing and vibrant team in our Pyrmont office.

Requirements

As a Regional Manager, your core duties will involve the following:

• Development, coaching and management of a high performing team of Account Managers
• Development and maintenance of customer relationships at all levels
• Management of the Pamp;L and financial targets
• Identify growth, retention and strategic opportunities with customers and oversee implementation to achieve desired outcomes
• Continuous development and maintenance of business operating procedures, systems and controls, including successful execution of any carrier / system changes
• Review of account requirements/expectations ensuring that solutions provided have a balance between commercial and operational requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables
• The completion of monthly service review meetings and formal Quarterly Business Review meetings

Experience Required

• At least 5 years’ experience in Logistics, 2 of which are at a senior management level
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with Senior stakeholder management
• Track record of success in a fast paced / high growth environment
• Structured and disciplined approach to time management
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (proficient with MS Excel)
