Job Description

Traverse Alpine Group, a leading hospitality operator in remote areas, is seeking a Venue Manager for one of its venues in the North-East Victoria region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the venue, including Famp;B operations, staff, guest satisfaction, and safety compliance. Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day Famp;B operations and staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Create and maintain a positive guest experience and resolve any customer complaints
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
  • Conduct staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Famp;B management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Famp;B trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Famp;B software systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
