We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure amp; Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Wellington Views in Hobart, Tasmania. This position is on a full-time basis.

Requirements

The Leisure amp; Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational matters of the social care program. As the Social Care Coordinator, you'll work in conjunction with the General Manager and be responsible for coordinating and managing social care programs, liaising with local government agencies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be a key member of our team, working collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support.

We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised, and has a knack for problem-solving.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Proficient computer systems and information management skills.
  • A genuine interest for working in aged care.
  • Well developed customer service skills.
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lead and organise the social care team and volunteers.
  • An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Certificate IV in leisure and lifestyle or similar discipline.
