Due to our rapid expansion plans at Aegros, the IT Team is experiencing double digit growth!
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our dedicated IT team in Sydney.
This rare opportunity to join a Biopharmaceutical greenfield company, will report directly to the CIO Aegros.
You will be our first Project Manager here at Aegros and this unique role will allow you to really make an impact and contribute your opinions and ideas. You will define framework, not just deliver projects for a greenfield site while contributing to the overall development and maturing of the organisations project management capabilities and function. What you will be doing
- Managing one or more IT project implementations by providing day-to-day leadership for all aspects of the project planning and delivery.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project delivery teams, be a hands-on leader able to run concurrent projects and deliver agreed outcomes.
- Provide guidance to the project delivery teams by defining clear, realistic project goals, facilitation of removal of barriers to ensure team progress, ensuring team members are accountable for delivery against targets and facilitating rapid decision-making to assure execution of all project milestones and deliverables to schedule, on budget and to the appropriate quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop project artifacts on time with a high degree of quality including:
- comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- project reports and documentation including meeting minutes, decisions, risk and issue trackers, and action items.
Requirements
You will bring
- Bachelor of Computing Science or relevant degree
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- 3 years' practical project management experience in pharmaceutical with functional knowledge of GMP and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facilities.
- Proven track-record of IT project delivery (Systems and Infrastructure) and demonstrated the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
- Knowledge and experience in Business Information systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems ERP platforms (SYSPRO).
- Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills to build consensus for project or improvement plans and lead their delivery.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in fast paced environment where you are required to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to gain commitments from project teams, third party clients and collaborators.
