As a Producer Senior Level, you will join an experienced cross-discipline team working on AAA PC and console titles, where your expertise, enthusiasm, and communication skills will help produce our games on time and within budget.
The candidate must be based in Melbourne
The role can be onsite, remote, or hybrid.
Note: If the candidate is remote, they are expected to travel to the office when required for onsite meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Produce games on time and within budget
- Running and coordinating daily stand-up meetings
- Running and coordinating sprint planning and review sessions
- Working with relevant Discipline Leads to produce task breakdowns with accurate estimates
- Track and monitor the progress of the team
- Continually revise task estimates to improve accuracy of reporting
- Triaging bug reports
- Act as a conduit between discipline leads
Requirements
Five or more years as a creative producer or team leadership experience in a software development capacity.Great written and verbal communication skills.Experience in developing roadmaps and project/milestone/sprint goals.Experience in producing key production reports (Burndown, Velocity etc)Experience in creating user stories and deliverables.University degree Bachelors or equivalent professional experience.Understanding of a variety of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
