We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, primarily by selling our ESM compliance services to businesses seeking safety solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our ESM compliance services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to create sales opportunities.
  • Understand clients' safety compliance needs and offer customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B sector. Experience in selling compliance services or related safety products is advantageous. Real estate experience is also a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities to communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
