We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of a wide range of products and systems. What you'll do:
- Provide technical support as part of service delivery provision and project deployment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to a diverse range of products and systems.
- Offer expert advice to customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define operational processes and address customer escalated issues.
- Manage systems within Service Level Agreements, propose improvements, and implement changes to meet service level requirements.
- Monitor performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and operational units to understand their business requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Take ownership of more complex problems, ensuring the acquisition of necessary information for diagnosis and resolution.
- Contribute as a valuable team player, providing assistance and support to colleagues.
- Stay updated with new products, tools, and techniques, advocating for their use to drive continuous improvement in capability.
Requirements
- Baseline Security clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish effective relationships with senior customers and internal teams.
- Solid experience working within a technical support role, providing support on a broad range of products or systems.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve problems with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of systems installation/decommissioning, change management, network support, IT operations, applications support, service desk and incident management, client services management, information security, and safety engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
