Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Sales Specialist-Cyber Security to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney.

The Sales Specialist-Cyber Security role will assist with driving incremental revenue within their specialist pillar of products and solutions, by applying their knowledge and expertise to generate accurate and viable quotations, in response to requests of the wider blueAPACHE commercial team and/or external customers.


Responsilbilities


  • Act as an evangelist for the products and solutions within the Cyber Security pillar and will explore ways to better leverage vendor and distributor support, manage bid registrations, negotiate the best possible margins, and maximise win rates.
  • Deliver results to quarterly targets
  • Build strong relationships across the relevant key vendors and establish blueAPACHE as the Service Provider of Choice for the key vendors within your pillar.
  • Have a thorough understanding of, and leverage, vendor incentives and rebates programs within your pillar
  • Promote and build awareness of blueAPACHE’s capabilities within your pillar to both external customers, and bA Commercial Team.
  • Formation, review, and execution of your Annual Business Plan, including account engagement planning, and proactive marketing initiatives
  • Account mapping and whitespace identification across our existing customer base.
  • Respond to, and assist with, responses for BDM and AE provided leads
  • Respond to RFQ’s relevant to your specialist area
  • Timely and accurate preparation and generation of quotes and Service Agreements as requested by the commercial team.
  • Work with Sales Admin Officers to generate quotes and Service Agreements
  • Post-sale, liaising with Provisioning and Purchasing team for any queries around procurement and provisioning of orders placed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Specialist-Cyber Security
  • Expertise in Rapid7, CyberArk, Mimecast, KnowB4, Airlock, Trend Micro and Microsoft security products would be highly regarded
  • Solid experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with customers
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Previous role with an ITamp;T System Integrator, Professional Consulting Services, Managed Services or similar organisation.
