Easygo is a well-established tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our brands include Stake.com, Kick.com amp; Twist Gaming, with more in the pipeline. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks, and we have launched additional brands to support this. Stake amp; Kick are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on the Alfa Romeo F1 Team, Everton Jerseys, the UFC, and we are advocated by Drake and e-gamers.
The last 3 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 200+ team members with the majority of the team sitting in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD. We are a workplace that comes into the office everyday, however don’t stress! We do offer the flexibility of hybrid work when wanted. So, who are you? You are a talented Graphic Designer with Social Media Experience who enjoys taking long walks on the beach? Hahaha? Unless Nah, walking won’t be a requirement for this role (unless you’re walking to the snack cupboard), however, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and strategising new social media content for Stake and Kick’s Twitter and Instagram platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring our brand identity is maintained by continually engaging our target audience by creating visually stunning graphics (memes) and campaigns. You will effectively communicate our brand message and business goals by working closely with other designers and the marketing team to translate these marketing objectives into engaging content.
You will be reporting to the Digital Design Lead and Chief Creative Officer.
You MUST provide your portfolio to be considered for this role, otherwise you will miss the chance to walk to our snack cupboard. We are also an office based business, and therefore require you to be based in Melbourne, Australia, as we do not offer remote work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret and adhere to design briefs and deliver timelines;
- Conceptualise, design, and produce engaging social media graphics, including images, illustrations, infographics, and animations, for various social media platforms.
- Create in-house marketing material such as banners, brochures and EDMs;
- Optimise graphics for social media platforms, ensuring they meet the required specifications for dimensions, file size, and format.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and social media platform updates to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our social graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our marketing objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure visuals align with the messaging and overall content strategy.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs, taking a proactive approach to refine and improve visuals based on constructive input.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work, particularly in creating social media graphics.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and composition principles.
