You will be joining our growing Networks Managed Services team, working with a dedicated team to deliver excellence through building true partnership with an important NSW customer.
About the role
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing onsite and offsite network support to our customer’s environment. You are expected to provide exceptional levels of service and assistance to rectify and solve issues as they are reported. This will be achieved by your ability to work across variety of teams to provide high-level technical support for data network systems, including an ability to create and maintain network documentation, maintains hardware and software standards.
You will be working in a dedicated team with Associate Network Engineers and Network Engineers, providing assistance to team members when required and will be reporting to the Team Leader.
This role is a full-time permanent role and may require some evening and weekend work as agreed with the customer and will be based in our Sydney office. You must have full working rights to be eligible for this role, no sponsorships provided.
What you'll do
The core objectives and responsibilities of the Senior Network Engineer include:
You’ll have the opportunity to continue developing your expertise in working with technologies including Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN amp; Remote access, VoIP, WLAN, Load Balancers, WAN. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to the latest in technology and to continue learning as we introduce new services and products for our clients.
